The spineless Supreme court, burdened under corrupt former Republican appointed judges and with three Trump appointed judges (only one of which was a real appointee and two were stolen from Democratic presidents) helped Trump as best they could. But, of course, even they were unable to fully roll over and play dead (while coming darn close).
I feel it should be reasonable for any lower courts to rule that “official acts” are only those powers prescribed in the Constitution (which doesn’t mean much to Trump) and that any criminal acts not so prescribed are an abrogation of office.
While it seems likely that Biden (who I still admire) will step aside and let the Democrats choose another candidate on Election Day (while he still runs the country until January 2025), it is important that the party comes together and the Democratic and independent swing voters turn out with the same intensity as the MAGA Republicans (who will crawl over broken glass to vote)! Whoever wins the Presidency in November will likely appoint at least two SCOTUS Justices and a few hundred Federal Judges between now and the 2028 Presidential election. So we need to keep both the White House and Senate blue (and flip the House while we’re at it). This race will be our last best chance to start rebalancing the Judicial branch. Don’t you dare roll over and play dead this Election Day!
We know that some of the Injustices were taking bribes even before this insane decision to try to benefit Traitor Trump. Wonder if any are, like Trump, rapists…..

Because the system is actually rigged in the Republican’s favor? Besides, what would change if/when the Democrats won? It is obvious to me that Trump has been running a shadow government in parallel with the legitimately elected one. I woke up this morning thinking that Biden should relinquish the presidency to Harris immediately and she use presidential immunity to crush this widespread lawless insurrection. I don’t think there will be a chance afterward unless the Dems win and do this as the winners as these extremist right wingers are not going to just disappear. The Dems are in office now, so why not act now? I know this sounds paranoid, but it looks more and more to me like the extremists are planning an armed insurrection if they still lose, even after all the rigging they have done in their favor. Of course, just my opinion. I truly hope that I am wrong.

Another side to that ruling is, It doesn’t just pertain to Trump. It applies to all Presidents going forward until it’s repealed.
This means if President Biden was to step outside the lines “Presidentially” he has immunity also.
