That’s the truth. I had an appointment at the VA center about a month ago. The waiting room was standing room only and there were a total of 3 employees there. It took hours to be seen.
It’s spread to the other government offices to the extent that government service is an oxy-moron. And it is still run in a way that it costs taxpayers $3.78 to provide $1 worth of service.
