That’s not how it works. No real introvert would be present at an SRO event like that. I’m fine going to concerts and shows with proper seating and personal space, and where I can focus on what’s happening on stage and ignore those around me. At big professional gatherings, I show up early so I can spot the people I want to talk to, but when it starts getting crowded, I quietly vanish. It isn’t that I don’t like people…I have a strong aversion to chaos.
Sitting around not doing anything or seeing anyone sounds more like depression or burnout…
