Meanwhile, Sirius is eating Floof’s food. Of course.

Set up the buffet — some of everything.

And she thought it would be easy… When choices are infinite, it’s near impossible to make the right one.

And here begins the great can opening and cookathon. My standard phrase being, “Olivia, you have to at least try it.”

The difference between cats and dogs is that dogs will almost eat anything.

Paraphrasing Gallagher: “You know when your cat likes a certain cat food, and you buy a bunch of it, suddenly, they don’t want to eat it anymore.”

“They can’t read, but they can compare!”

Don’t look now, Floof!

Sirius is on the old see food diet. He sees it, he eats it, a dog after my own heart!

Go, Sirius! Just convince her that she DOES wanna eat it…

It could be a difficult research. At least Sirius is happy.

I knew that would happen.

There was a time, when I had a pup, that my cat’s dining area was elevated. Worked great! Maxie never managed to jump high enough to get the kitties food.

The cat ate under the chopping block in the kitchen, the dog in the corner of the kitchen. When the cat was finished eating the dog would walk past, lean his head in, and with one swipe of his tongue clear her bowl.

Pizza it is!

It can be difficult to sit someone else’s dog. They usually have routines that the owner did not specify before dropping the dog off, such as being allowed to have bits of human meals.

Sirius is obviously, not finicky like Floof.
