When we moved to a new house, the first thing I did was mark out the space for the car. Fortunately every new car since then has been a little smaller.
My next door neighbors with a one car garage park their three cars outside. My neighbors across the street park their two cars outside in front of their two car garage.
I have a “two car” garage. Single door. I can and have gotten two car in it. The only issue is, once you do have two cars in it the only way out of the car is through the sun window. The shop area of the garage I have been trying to clean out for two months. Once cleaned out I will build a suana into that space. Every time I get close the Mrs and her brother fill it up with junk again. Losing battle.
Built a carport instead of garage – cars are always under it – wouldn’t want to junk it up for all neighbors to see! Bonus – paint finish lasts so much longer especially when living in Florida.

No.

Yes and it’s for my car – not junk.

Weird, it must have been his stuff in the garage and not hers or else he would never have been allowed to get rid of stuff.

A man who thinks just like me. Lets see, the side by side, the riding mower etc, etc, the vehicle is fine in the rain.

We live next to a community that does not allow cars on the street, or to be visible in driveways, over night.
