I had a couple of teachers that saw tests and quizzes as an additional review of what had been taught, and as such, gave us quite a few open-book tests. The mid-semester and final exams were a different story.
Sad state, my daughters a teacher in 5th grade and this is happening at that level.
And No one passes!
