This sounds like a anti-doctor joke but there was a real case of back pain caused by a guy carrying a five-inch-thick wallet in his back pocket. Sitting on it was, naturally, bending his spine in a peculiar and painful way. The problem was solved by the doctor removing most of the contents of his wallet.
