Actually, a good rub with a clove of garlic will make the swelling go down. But poor Buckles, being a dog, will hate the strong smell in his sensible canine nose. But it will be effective and bring the swelling down… and yes. Jill should realize Buckles this time seems to have learned his lesson. Either she needs to treat this or take him to the Vet. Buckles is not a big dog and apparently is a puppy so there can be complications from a sting that an adult human, or a larger grown dog, would not experience but can be deadly for a smaller dog, especially if it’s a puppy… the same goes for children by the way.

You sure did, Buckles…One of my cats came in with a nose swollen to 3 times its size and both paws the same. She still wouldn’t put the bee down.
