I grew up on a diet of cole slaw, pinto beans, southern fries and cornbread, so I was relatively old before I actually learned the true meaning of “S.B.D”.

When your family consumes comestibles such as legumes and cruciferous vegetables on a regular basis, anal gas is usually NOT produced as the intestinal flora is quite used to it…
