I was watching a trail cam of bears catching salmon, they stripped the skin off and ate it then ate the heads. Apparently the fattiest parts of the fish. Younger bears downstream would retrieve the rest of the bodies and eat them.

If I had that much salmon at once, I’d be on the crapper most of the rest of the day.
