Hurt my back about 2 weeks ago. Bad. Very hard to get in and out of bed. First week lived on 500 mg aspirin and 500 mg acetaminophen and the occasional helper 325 mg aspirin. Last night turned ovr too fast and felt/heard my spine “CRACK”. Woke up waaay better so I guess it realigned on its own.

In the last month, I’ve read three articles about research into restoring cartilage. Two use hydrogels to stimulate regeneration, the third is a drug.

Maybe Grandpa was talking about Ben Cartwright and Bonanza. We´ll never know.

Naw, it’s because we don’t get three months of summer vacation. Once I’m retired…WATCH OUT!!! And I still have my cartilage despite over 45 years of running (and counting) in the interim!
