I miss the theaters, it is a 70 mile rt. Used to have 3 within 20 miles rt. I know I can sit on my azz at home and see it, but I’m not dead yet!

I always have a laugh when the movie we’re watching is in a quiet scene but the theater next to ours is in an action scene an you can hear or feel it through the wall.

That’s why my wife and I don’t go to the movie, too freaking loud.

I’ll take the loud sound. But can you get rid of the face glow from everyone’s phones please?

We went to DPvW and it was the first time in decades I could understand all of the dialog; even with my hearing aid shut off.

wouldn’t surprise me if the hearing aid companies were in cahoots with the movie industry…

That is the main reason I stopped going to movies. I had to wear ear plugs. They have the volume set for the deafest person in the audience.

They’re trying to drown out the sound of the phones going off.

I haven’t been to a movie for decades. I don’t think I’ll go now if they are that loud.
