It took me a few seconds to understand what he is doing.

I would have expect he has a red hat.

The red hat should have “MAGA” on it.

He’s making his new/stolen hats horn-friendly

Gold Key Comics, an arm of Western Publishing, would sometimes include a page of one-panel gag cartoons in their comics back in the 60s-70s. This one reminds me of one I especially remember, where a li’l devil is sitting on a rock down in H-E-double hockey sticks, strumming a guitar and crooning, “Heaven…I’m in heaven…” to the disapproving looks of two of his elders.

I don’t think those holes are quite in the right place
