They’re demolishing this prison for a new “cell” tower.
Don’t worry. You can reapply.
They need to make room for somebody else’s best years. You are all washed up, GET OUT!
Congratulations. You is fully free now to goes and suffers in the outside world.
FREE BIRD!!!
(Lighters up!)
That is just criminal!
Yeah, letting him go just before he was fully vested in his retirement! Criminal!
Brooks in Shawshank
they had to re-org…
It was a con job that got him in there in the first place. Did he think he’d be getting a golden parachute when his time was up?
It’s your turn.
And they’re retiring your number.
……and totally unprepared for the “new world”!!!
Stockholm Syndrome.
They ain’t told him that the warden canceled his party. Real shame. They made a cake out of corned beef hash.
Is there a pension plan?
And that my friends is called institutionalization which is root cause of recidivism.
….well, this is your chance to sue the pants off the system….
His response to a question was “ I beg your pardon!”.
Now he can go back to living the worst years of his life.
Odd man out.
It’s a crime.
Just remember 24601. :)
Yes, remember this when the government says they want to pay for your housing and food. They may actually stop at some point.
I’d give them a bad Yelp review.
The lower number on his prison uniform is a nice touch.
Consider your release a retirement, only to find work immediately.
those heartless jerks
No more free lunches, no more camaraderie in the shower room. Sure gonna miss this place.
here in japan, our rapidly aging society naturally includes geriatric criminals. from time to time the news features yet another story about a geezer getting out of the pen and heading straight to knock over a 7/11 so he can get locked away again… ☺
“Our paths may never cross again ~ Maybe my heart will never mend ~ But I’m glad for all the good times ~ I warden-’t have missed it for the world.”
Geriatric inmates are a big drag on the prison budgets.
