    Some people think of cones as hats sitting with the circle end down. Others think of cones full of ice cream, circle end up. There is no STANDARD position for a cone.

    If you want the cone to stand up and set it on its point it isn’t the cones fault when it tips over. Set properly on its base the cone has a solid, dependable quality.

    I remember in grade school doing milk duty, it was a 2 person job. One person put the cone shaped paper cup in a rubber base and the other filled the assembled cup. It was about the time this strip first came out.
