Husband has not needed a nap since he quit/took early retirement from his job.
While he was working – for several years – he would come from work exhausted and have to go to bed and sleep until dinner. (He was director of a children’s mental health agency/school so not working in physical labor job.)

Had a lovely nap today. Phone on do not disturb. Room darkened. A steady rain outside. Temp set at 70F. RH 65%. One hour sleep in bed to regenerate.
