Did Melody lecture you to sleep?

Let that be a lesson to you.

I never fell asleep in class until I was 24 years old, listening to my dad expound on horse lameness at 7 in the morning. Even then, I would only doze off for a split second. Anyroad, it’s gratifying to me that Samson depicts Horace as having been shod.

For years after leaving college, I could get myself to fall asleep by remembering one Calculus II lecturer in particular, complete with chalk squeaks.

Too narrow a cliff’s ledge to walk. Dredging up memories and feelings about school classrooms can too easily dredge up memories of final exams and late assignments. Not restful!

I had a few classes like that…

We’ve all had many classes that have helped with insomnia.

No sheep sleep eh horsie.

That cannot compete with a co-worker droning on while giving a 76 slide PowerPoint presentation in a dark, overheated room. When the lights came back on, it was “Sleepers, Awake!”

Boredom must’ve sank in quickly.

Okay… that’s genius!

The question is, which room did he copy? Maybe it was the restroom?

The class only had two pupils.

He knew recording those lectures would come in handy … someday.
