At first this comic seemed to make very little sense. Then I noticed that the dog’s name was Penny. So while it still doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, it did make one cent.
an’ ya gotta luv the people that just hafta bring their dog into every store, (even grocery stores), with a collar that says “service animal” that they probly bought on ebay… if it keeps them from popping their cork in public, I guess it’s just as well… (there, I said it… end of rant… whew! now, where’d my service doggie go??)
Like everything else these days, pet lovers have gone too far. I wonder if the lady and her daughter went by any homeless people on their way to the pet cemetery.
