I used to be anti biotic but now I’m totally pro biotic.

at least he doesn’t need to shrink himself to go deal with it… he just needs to throw some pills down there to deal with it for him. ;)

I doubt an antibiotic can distinguish between good and bad microbes. Kill them all then re-introduce good ones with probiotics.
