Where do they come from?

Trump has disavowed any connection to Project 2025, because he has seen how unpopular it is. But, he is the front man puppet of a whole lot of people who are very familiar with it. And as long as they tell him he is wonderful he will keep right on “draining the swamp”, which is code for removing anyone in government who is not devoted to Trump and his handlers and replacing then with those who are. Some of the former top Trump insiders — Trump’s closest advisors — who participated in drafting the 922-page proposal known as Project 2025 and their role in the Trump administration:

There are probably more, these are just the names I recognized from both Trump’s administration and the authors of the Project 2025.

Trump has stated that he has no knowledge of Project 2025. This could actually be true, since he has no knowledge of a vast number of things that are staring him in the face. The entire proposal has been designed by top Trump insiders. Any attempt to distance himself is prevarication on steroids, even by Trump standards.
