I think Baldo should take Rozco some new clothes for the winter coming up, although where they live it probably doesn’t get as cold as up north.

I thought we’d find out that Rozco was a homeless Vet. The U.S. has been screwing over Veterans since the Civil War… I guessed that Rozco’s mother thinks he’s still in service and he has been telling her mother he’s on a top-secret mission and will let her know when it’s safe for him to return. He doesn’t want her to know he gave up the use of his legs for the big lie…
