I found out I have bicep tendonitis in my right shoulder…basically can’t use my right arm when doing any leaning and pushups are out of the question…not that I do pushups….but, starting therapy next week, so should improve.
As a lifelong side-sleeper who made the mistake of growing old I can promise you that Ben is shown sleeping in one of the two positions that won’t cause him shoulder pain the next day. The other is on his back. Neck pain or hip pain, maybe.

That’s me, but it wakes me in the middle of the night so I switch sides. I get up with two sore shoulders.
