Have a mouse problem and use humane traps. Tried peanut butter, nope. Tried cheese, nope. Tried bacon and salami. Got the little devil on the bacon bait. Gonna release it in the park. Everything loves bacon!!

I knew it was Elvis’ favorite sandwich, but I had never considered making one until I watched Nigella Lawson do it on one of her TV episodes. I made one, ate it and never made another. It is absolutely delicious, and I knew I would look like the fat version of Elvis in no time if I ever made more.

She may get a permanent break before the end of the week if he keeps eating like that.

I remember Elvis’ chef was on Letterman and he would use a brick of butter to make his grilled cheese bacon sandwiches.

There’s a food truck near me that makes sandwiches, using freshly made waffles as the bread. They make an “Elvis”. I’ve never had a traditional one on regular bread, but I can’t imagine it’s better than the one on waffles! :D
