I’d have to live to be 95, but I doubt I could do that AT 95
Anyone have keeping your 10km run time (in minutes) under your age as a fitness goal as you get older?
The fastest I’ve driven is . . . well I won’t live that long.
I’ve known a couple people in their 90s looking better than this guy at only 78. They didn’t play golf.
Golf will kill you.
Boy, sounds like he really lives life to the fullest.
I know the pain, looking at around 110 for me
I hate condescension in doctors and nurses.
I used to honestly believe I could live to be a hundred. A grandmother and a few uncles and aunts, plus my mother, all lived to 90+ and none exercised regularly. But then I found out why…I got old.
I think having a daily goal is a part of longevity. If you have something/ someone to live for, it helps a lot.
Sounds familiar! Current rate, I’ll get there in my 80’s!
Until (pick your favorite losing team) wins a championship.
Being bad at golf does seem to be one of the secrets to longevity. :)
Too easy! Just play nine holes!
That’s me. My brother’s already shot his age.
It’s always seemed to me that “anti-aging” was a code phrase for “looking young” and had little to do with health.
