Another version of too many cooks spoil the broth. Gus knows how to get it done.

Gus is a straightforward person.

“The Drunken Boat”?? Ooookay.

“This house is located on the top of Haunted Hill. It is an exclusive location that you will be delighted with.”

The house has a view of the water. If you stand on the upper floor at the far left window you can just see it between the houses cross the way and the trees.

I think Gus wants A & J to move close by more than anyone else!

I think a phrase like ‘convenient beach access’ might be found in a realtor’s description of the property. Not exactly true, but close.

Did Janis and Arlo pop down to the shore again? If it’s that close I’m not sure why they just don’t move there.

Geez I feel like Gus. I had been looking for empty property for friends from up north for almost 2 years. Finally found a great location told them to get their fannies down to check it out. They bought the land, lets watch and see what A&J do next.

The name of the cafe is a stroke of genius by Mr. Johnson.

Gus in a real estate salesperson. He is in it for the money, and does NOT want the kids to ruin the sale. I trust a real estate salesperson as much as I trust a used car salesman. Not at all. I prefer my cars new and when I finally finish dickering, the dealership is glad to see me leave, but I DO get the deal I wanted.

A & J had come to a decision but had stepped back to plan their next move. Too much time had given them time to have some doubts. Gus stepped in and forced their hand. When “your guy” says he found what you are looking for, you don’t hesitate.

Ya just gotta love Gus. A point of calm and steadfast values in a sea of screaming and unneeded trivial commentary!

Gus & the kids are lot closer to Arlo & Janis than I thought!

That has to be their quickest trip ever.

We know this is at least an overnight trip. How did A and J get ready so fast? Is someone watching the cat, or will they drive home tomorrow?
