Back when it began to be the style for young men to dress like slobs, with their pants half-way down their hips, my mother said helpfully to a kid at the shopping mall, “Young man, do you know your underwear is showing?” He thought that was funny.

He’s Young. He’ll grow into them when he’s Leroy’s age.

My mom got a lot of my clothes at rummage sales when I was a kid. Sometimes they fit and sometimes they were made to grow into.

They look like they fit well enough.

Apparently women define “fitting” as “painful” and “not being able to go a second without being miserably aware that you’ve got tight binding clothes on.” Men define “fitting” as “comfortable” and “loose so they feel as close to naked as possible.”

Troubles a brewing. :)

Talk about brainwashing; to get people (not just teenagers) to pay good money for jeans with holes and baggy sweats is a triumph of current advertising.

Ha ha, it’s funny because it looks like his clothes fit just fine except for a minor crease in his pants.
