Why is he drawn to look so mad all the time???

I’ve seen the Westminster dog show and wondered if those dogs had any life when not in the ring. Taken on walks, played with.

I don’t need no dog show for to know that there is no “finer Basset” for me :-D We love Fred anyway. Doesn’t matter if he wins or not.

I think he’s trying to look proud to the point of arrogance, but it just comes across as angry.

Not inspiring, frightening. He should be proud of Fred all the time.

What I wouldn’t give to change the angry expression on his face!

See, here’s the problem; you’re supposed to be proud of your dog long before they enter the ring! The only purpose of the show ring is to prove to everyone else what you already know – that your dog is the best!

Enough with the frowns!
