My mother and grandmother would take us back to school shopping and one of the stops was always at the sock mill. We rode up to the fifth floor in the freight elevator and would hunt through cardboard boxes looking for the right color knee socks. That was fun, but the best part was going down two floors to the Educator Biscuit outlet to stock up on cookies and crackers.
If you remember where this strip started, all the things that have happened, and where it has gotten, this is one of the best strips there is. Entertaining, fun, developing without beating a dead horse, interesting to follow ALL the characters. Kudos to Robb! And thanks for bringing Crunchy back (thank you, thank you, thank you). Pederson is so annoying, but dips like him are needed to created diversions.
