I wonder if the driver herself will make another appearance, or at least a mention. Hopefully, she’ll be able to heal in time from this mental scar, just like Paul and Jill. Of course, Buckles will heal over time himself, though I do wonder what Flea’s perspective was like.
When I was younger, one of our previous dogs got hit by the school bus, and while he survived the impact, he walked with a limp well into his older years.
