[nerd alert] There was a comic called ‘Heroes Anonymous.’ One of the minor characters was Intox-A-Kate. She was a telepathic alcoholic; she could make the bad guys feel whatever mind altering potion she’d taken. Even Dr. Doom has a problem being evil when he feels like he’s drunk six tequila shots and snorted an 8 ball.
