Jameis will likely be starting for the Browns if their front office and ownership figure out a way to get out of Deshaun Watson’s contract. Anyhow Jameis made pretty good coin being an ATM (automatic turnover machine, 30 INTs as his last season as a starter) for Tampa where he also tried to “eat W’s” though they were few and far between during his time as a Buc.
There are estimates out there that he’s worth north of $20 million. So, despite his relatively poor NFL performance, he’s wound up with enough money never to have to work. So I would agree with Dr. Schadenfreude’s opinion.

Unless you’ve made some really bad investments you’re still being paid enough to buy a lot of crab legs.

Anyone notice that Jameis and Heisman both have “eis” in them? Coincidence?

I’m sure some illegal money was funneled to Jameis or his family, before he entered the NFL.
