All the calories without the pleasure to taste it? That’s getting “reversing the diet” a little too far, even for you.

The hole in the middle has no calories. It’s just it needs a border.

Aha, so that’s why my cat gulps the treats down in one go. Not that she needs to worry about a diet, she’s rather too skinny, wish she would eat more.

A pill is meant to be swallowed. A fat pill is no exception.
