I love the pun! Alas, the grammar use of leafs as a plural for leaves (yes, I know that’s how the Leafs do it!) will not teach Sirius anything! But SO CUTE!!

Growing up we were each given a hockey stick and a puck for Christmas. Hockey season lasted until the sticks were broken and the pucks lost in the snow. Some years the hockey season lasted until December 26!

When the Leafs leave….

I forwarded a link of this strip to my mother and brother, the first keeps an eye on the “big pup” and the later is the owner of the Doge. Syrius reminds us of when our family dog, Dante a Lab mix, was a puppy.

I love this comic. Today is so perfect for the season! The leaves are everywhere and they are so pretty. I do prefer summer, but the beauty of fall cannot be denied, even by someone who considers 85F to be a good starting point to warm up. Sirius is a little hockey puck today!
