I don’t think the uncertainty principle applies for two reasons; First, he is traveling along a fixed and known trajectory, and his mass can be estimated fairly closely, so that his position can be determined at any point in time, and second, it ain’t “principal”. I learned how to tell the difference in grade school. The “principal” is not your “pal”.
