Not sure the ice cream shop has to be built inside the trench.

I’m not sure I even get the cartoon. Huh?

I’m guessing that they were bored to tears so they built a trench to the ice creme bloke!

The cartoon would have been better had the ice cream stand been in the middle, with a window serving the Huns, also in their trench, on the other side.

An Army marches — or even stands still — on its stomach.

We live across the street from a few soccer fields. The Mr Softee ice cream truck must have the kids game schedule as the truck is there at the "right"times. Just wish he’d turn off the loudspeaker playing that stoopid jingle over and over and over…

When we were doing maneuvers in the South African army in the early 70’s we were sent to several “secret” locations. Only the top brass knew where they were, but the ice cream vendors were always there waiting for us.

When mountain biking in Colorado we have a joke about the ice cream stand at the top of the mountain. Motivation!

Gotta keep morale up.
