I prefer my weekends to be quiet and uneventful. If I wanted eventful, my wife and I would go to the local big chain store with the blue color scheme and contend with the crowds.

Thanks to inflation, I need to save up to afford staying home.

better then being poor yet still busy enough to go about your day without you head attached to your body. :D

I’d take a quiet uneventful weekend. Each weekend my to do list grows longer.

When I went into work on Monday and everyone asked me how my weekend was, I felt obligated to say something interesting

That’s a good weekend for Brutus, the wicked witch must not have been there.

Excitement is a successful driveway fall oil and filter change and watching for the next wholesale club tire sale.

Monday morning hangover.

When l was younger, l could go out and have a good time on $5. When l was in the Army, l always had money in my pocket. I go older; got married; got wiser and got broke. Go figure…..
