Heart: Did you always go to the movies by yourself, Mom? Mom: Most times..my mother would drop me off for the dollar matinee..and every Saturday, rain or shine, I could be found in the flickering darkness of the Fox Theater...But for me, it was more than just movies..it was the reactions of the people..How they laughed at the right spots...the shouting..the scattered sniffles in the dark during sad scenes...emotion...raw emotion..fear, anger, sorrow..that's what I loved! And that's when I decided I wanted to make movies!! Heart: In the weirdness department, I'd say "Young Mom" gives Dean a run for his money.
