This seems familiar. . . The last time I heard something like this was from this very large Orange dude that had gotten himself in trouble, but it wasn’t his fault!! “They” were out to get him. He kept blaming the “Deep State.” There was lots of deep stuff around this guy but it wasn’t state; It did begin with an “S” however.
