I hope she is not just starting to cook the pork in the evening, it needs to go into the slow cooker in the morning if it’s going to be tender enough to be pulled into shreds.
She’s communing with her younger self, who would have found the word hilarious. Can’t comment on the pulled pork dish as I’ve never tasted it, but it sounds edible at least.
