“Free cats” are the most expensive things I’ve ever gotten. I’ve lost count of all the thousands of dollars I’ve spent taking care of cats I got “free.” I’m sure it’s enough to buy a nice car, if not a house.
Those exclamation marks are kind of over the top, even for this strip, and yeah, nobody sells kittens, unless they’re in a shelter and you have to pay for their shots.
Cougars (Felius Concolor) purr, and in the mating season the females let out screams that sound just like a woman in sistress. They are native from South Canada to Patigonia.

Does anyone pay money for a cat? I hear stories about people paying thousands for a dog, but I’ve never heard anyone say “I just bought a cat”

What?! Give away something as valuable as mixed-breed kittens?!! Those are so incredibly hard to come by.
