I read that Yale has crossing guards to prevent accidents. Saw a guy the other day walking and looking at phone. I watched to see if he was gonna step out in front of my car. He stopped at the curb luckily.
TIL I learned that a mock turtleneck is different from a turtleneck. The latter is folded over while the former is just a simple stand-up collar, if anyone’s interested.
Germany shouldn’t have done crap, if you’re dumb enough to walk into a street while looking at your phone instead of where you’re going then we should let natural selection take its course

Please note those are smart-phone users, not smart phone-users.

Good thing nobody made a 6+ foot tall turtleneck.

Life is much simpler when you wear the same outfit everyday. One less thing to think about. I wonder where all those turtlenecks ended up?

I’m amazed all these people absorbed in their phones haven’t been run over by trucks long before this

What makes a turtleneck “mock”?

Jobs also leased his personal car and returned it after 5 months so he keep a temporary license plate for it.

Two comments deleted in two days… I’ve read and reread the ‘Comment Policy’ and fail to see where either one contravened the policy.
It doesn’t really bother me, but it would be most helpful if an explanation as to ‘why’ were made available…

You know how those dark colors fade in the wash.

Jobs and his turtlenecks. Another example of the wealthy using their vast fortunes to create jobs. Just not in his own country.
