    I didn’t know that the Flying Monkeys had brightly colored suits until I was an adult in the 1970’s. I grew up with just black and white television, and had never seen TWOZ in color (my Dad refused to get a color TV [until I was out of the house, of course] because it was “just a fad” and we weren’t “slaves to the boob tube”!). I didn’t get my first color TV until the early to mid 1980’s (I’m afraid that sounds too much like a First World problem).
