When I was a kid, I liked to carry a clipboard and hang out in the kitchen. I would take notes on what Mom was doing. Occasionally, I would say, “Hmmm.” She could only take a few minutes of it. :)

They say that if you walk around with a clipboard, people will usually let you walk anywhere. This one is using that to squat on the house
