A long time ago in an agency that won’t be named, the agency, in its infinite stupidity, decided that all the interviewers (all of whom had 10+ years experience) needed to be taught how to interview by trainers who had no idea of who we were, what we did or even information on the agency in general. Total waste of time and money.
