These overnight lows in the mid 60’s are making my body ache. The damp grass in the morning is making me wear sneakers. Come on April!

Winter – time to go camping – no bugs, no overcrowded parks, just beautiful scenery and wildlife…

November is that special transition month between my favorite season – fall and my second favorite season – winter. Special because it contains my favorite holiday Thanksgiving.

I sit here looking out the window at the sunny cloudless sky with 60 degree weather and say glad I’m not there with Ben.

I like November – cold enough to repress outdoor nonsense, but no snow to move yet. (I probably just jinxed it)

My sister always said when it comes to cold weather “I’m fragile” and I always say And proud of it back at her.

The time should be the same year around to give the body the best chance. Pick one and stay with it.

The other, restore each new year beginning on the first day of spring as was originally done. The order matters, spring, summer, fall, winter. Each new year beginning on the first day of spring, the renewal of life.

In my opinion, heavier people seem to overheat more easily. Thinner people have a harder time staying warm.
