I sure didn’t. My parents owned NOTHING when they died. They just owed everyone, as dirt poor as someone could be. BUT, all us siblings graduated university, and NONE had student loans so don’t go that route. lol

You should be thinking about your and Estrella’s kids, Baldo. You do have a job, that’s a good start. Start putting a little away on a regular basis into a solid investment instrument with compound interest and you might be surprised.

but maintaining wealth requires planning and work (okay, for some it’s other people’s work to ensure they don’t blow their money).

In the National Study of Millionaires, which is the largest study ever done on millionaires, it states that only 3% of millionaires received an inheritance over $1 million. Plus, only 21% received any inheritance at all.

This is inaccurate. At least, it is not true in the US. Only 21% of millionaires/billionaires inherited anything. Only 16% inherited over $100,000. Only 3% inherited over $1,000,000.
