“Monster. Frankenstein’s Monster.”

If you read the book, then you’d know that the monster named himself Adam.

That’s what I keep telling people!

Read the book. It is very sad.

His name is Adam, as pointed out by oldpine52 and others everywhere. Dave, you know better.

Why doesn’t the barrista call him “The Monster?” I dare him.

I was only about 10, and it bothered me that people called him Frankenstein.

“It’s Frankensteeen!”

Henry Ford built cars. They were called ‘Fords’, not the “cars Ford made”. Victor Frankenstein built a ‘man’ (or monster if you prefer), so it is a ‘Frankenstein’.

Points for being able to hand-write clearly in such small print. That barista will go far.

And became a ‘song & dance’ man in the Mel Brooks’ interpretation.

Whatever the monster said, does anyone believe the barista wrote it down that accurately?

Why complicate something so simple as roasted beans scalded with hot water?

Seriously? His name is Adam.

It was Hank Clerval when he was playing minor league baseball.

Frank lost a latte weight.

Just “Puttin in the Ritz”…… what hump??? ;-)

He could have written, “Frankenstein’s Monster”.

“He’s not a monster, he’s a nice boy.”

He is also referred as the creature. It is a sad and tragic story. All he wanted was to be loved.
