Now do one about a stalling contractor, a phone representative for a car insurance company or getting a medical appointment.

Well, my experience working for a government contractor for fifteen years is the opposite of what this cartoon says. Government contracts usually have due dates with milestones, and many pay on a progress payment schedule. So if you slow your work, you slow your pay and risk defaulting on your contract.

City, state or Federal, the 1st day you work you’re already retired. Do not mess it up.
