I wind up speechless when I’m not put on hold or through an automated system in general. So, this hotline might have trained all the other hotlines.

Never put something off today if you can wait and put it off tomorrow.

Why am I not surprised?

They weren’t interested until tomorrow.

My mom was president of the procrastinator club for a number of years. She was impeached one year when she mailed Christmas cards on time. They reinstated her when they realized the cards were from a Christmas 5 years prior.
