During tough times I would swap the payment checks. That “error” caused a delay while the companies sent back the checks giving me time to cover them.

I pay less than $20 a month in Chicago. Nice big lake next door & the city supplies the water.

Poor Leroy! Mine come together. Water and electricity (and waste water, trash, Recycle, etc) are all one county utility. And it’s a scary number at the bottom!
